Wildlight Welcomes Marriott-Branded Hotel to Community
February 13, 2019 - Raydient Places + Properties announced that Impact Properties will develop a Marriott-branded hotel in Wildlight, the new town under construction in Nassau County. The Marriott-branded hotel will be the first hotel to open in Wildlight.
Port of Fernandina Announces New Service
February 12, 2019 - Worldwide Terminals Fernandina LLC (“Worldwide”) is pleased to announce they have concluded a deal to launch a new monthly vessel service at the Port of Fernandina. The new service will be operated by SDW Shipping BV, a private shipping company based in the Netherlands. The first vessel call at Fernandina will commence in April of 2019.

October 15, 2018 - Skinner Bros. Realty announced that the Royal Amelia Dance Academy (RAD), will be the third tenant added to the real estate developer’s commercial building in Wildlight. Earlier this year, Skinner Bros. Realty purchased a three-acre parcel at the corner of Wildlight Blvd. and A1A to construct the first multi-tenant retail space for the new town in Nassau County.
UF Health breaks ground on first health care facility in Wildlight
October 7, 2018 - UF Health broke ground today on a comprehensive medical office building in Wildlight, a new town under development in Nassau County. This is the first step in a strategic health alliance between UF Health, the University of Florida and Raydient Places + Properties that will bring a new style of healthy living to the region. One year ago, UF Health and the University of Florida were selected to provide medical and wellness services to Wildlight, a master planned community just east of Interstate 95 at the A1A exit.
