The opportunity to create something that makes our everyday lives better.

What would you tell girls who want to go into manufacturing?
Go for it! We have great and diverse ideas to offer the manufacturing industry.

What do you see as the future of manufacturing?
We need more trade school opportunities for young men and women.Careers in cybersecurity will also play an important role.

Why is manufacturing cool?
It allows you to create things we use everyday.

Have you seen the presence of women in manufacturing improve?
There has been some improvement, but there are still gaps mainly due to the perception of less family-friendly flexibility that exists in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields.
