According to the FCWWC, "The award is designed to commend and formally recognize companies and organizations of all sizes for their commitment to improving employee health and wellness. Silver award winners have established... a foundation for their wellness program. In addition to promoting a healthy lifestyle through communications and on-site activities, they've also established wellness champions and allocated funds toward the implementation of their program. CBC's Silver Level Award was presented last week at the 8th Annual First Coast Worksite Wellness Conference at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. There were 48 companies recognized.

The Bank's Choose Wellness Program offers a variety of tools and resources to help improve the health and wellness of the employees, regardless of fitness level. In addition to wellness challenges that focus on physical activity, healthy eating and drinking habits and good mental health habits have been featured as part of a free "Lunch & Learn" program.
