FSCJ Nassau Center to Offer Night and Weekend Classes for Associate Degree CompletionJACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) Betty P. Cook Nassau Center has added two new complete program options for students to complete their Associate in Science and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Beginning in the Spring 2016 Term, special classes will be offered on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings for students interested in earning their associate in science degree.
Students who enroll in this program should complete their degree in five terms and are encouraged to continue in the bachelor’s degree program for business administration at the Nassau Center.
This new class schedule allows working students the opportunity to take classes at a time that is most convenient for them. The Nassau Center will continue to offer courses during the weekdays for those students who find daytime classes more suitable for their schedule.
“One of the most exciting parts of the new program is working with community business leaders who will partner with the faculty and administrators to produce graduates who have developed those essential skills that make them valuable to prospective employers,” said FSCJ Nassau Center Executive Director Donna Martin. “We continually strive to provide offerings and opportunities that will place our students on the direct path to success in the real world.”
Registration for Spring Term is currently open. The first course offerings for the new program include:
· Introduction to Business
· Principles of Management
· Microcomputer Applications
· College Algebra
· English Composition
